• I can refuse a commission for any reason! I will inform you ASAP if I won’t take your commission.• Please credit me for my work! Personal use is okay by default, commercial use costs extra.• You will not be allowed to use my work for NFTs and AI training!• I will usually post commissions on social media, but can keep them private free of charge.• Commissions are finished in less than 2 months, but can take up to 3 months depending on my workload and/or mental state! Your commission will be canceled and fully refunded if I don’t finish it in 3 months.• Discuss deadlines with me beforehand! I charge extra for deadlines shorter than 2 months, and don’t accept any deadlines shorter than 1 month.• Please be respectful, and feel free to ask me questions about my T&C, the process, anything :D

TERMS & CONDITIONS
General Terms & Conditions• I have the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason, and to keep that reason private. You will get a response saying I will not be taking/accepting your commission as soon as possible if I decide to refuse it.• Personal use is fine with credit (kyuuinuru or nullstel on socials).
• I will charge extra for commercial purposes - extra charges will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
• I do not allow my artwork to be used for crypto or AI purposes.
• In most cases, I will be publicizing the finished work (putting it on my portfolio, posting it on social media, etc.) but I will keep a commission private if requested.• Artworks will normally be finished within 1 month of commissioning but can take up to 3 months.
• If I fail to finish a commission within 3 months, the commission is canceled and I will be refunding you the full amount.
• In the case of a refunded commission, permission to use my artwork will be limited.
• (Aside from this, I do not offer any other refunds.)• If your commission has a deadline, please discuss it with me beforehand.
• I will not accept commissions with a deadline shorter than 1 month.Please feel free to contact me for any discussions / questions / clarifications on my T&C and commission process! I don't mind, and it helps if we're both on the same page!
Commission ProcessPlease DM me on Discord @ nullstel (fastest way to reach me), send me an email (soft.cotton.rain @ gmail) or fill out this Google form (link).Within the following 1-7 days after receiving the form / receiving the DM or e-mail,
1. I will get back to you ASAP.
2. I may ask you for clarification or negotiation of any prices.
3. After I confirm that I will work on your commission, I will send you a very rough initial sketch.Please pay half of the commission price after you have received the initial sketch. Any changes to the sketch by this point are free of charge. It is also free to cancel a commission up until this point! If I do not receive payment after a week, I will stop working on the commission.I will send updates after finishing the following steps: clean sketch, lineart, base color. Up to 3 major changes are free of charge before I start working on lineart. What counts as a major change depends on the artwork, but generally these are major/obvious parts of the artwork such as the pose, outfit, and hairstyle. You may pay for future major changes after this point - prices can be discussed.When I’ve finished the artwork, I will immediately send you a lower quality preview for quality checking and final adjustments. Please pay the other half of the commission price after this point. I will send you the final product at full quality via Google Drive only after receiving payment.Please do not pay me before we agree on the initial sketch/do not pay me the full amount upfront!!! If you do this, there is a high chance I will refund you instead of working on your commission. This is to hold myself accountable, and is difficult to explain, so I would appreciate it if you respected this.Accepted payment methods are Paypal / Ko-fi and GCash.
